Acrylic/ Polycarbonate materials are very versatile in how they can be printed and finished, both raw substraights can be either face or under surface printed with a number of finished such as: Texture, Smoke Windows, Sequential Numbering, Hidden-Til-Lit area, Light Block, LCD viewing areas plus many more.
Acrylics can be heat folded and polycarbonate are formed using a cold method on CNC folders. Both are cut using our digital flatbed routers, counter sinks plus bevelled edges can be added with 2nd stage finishes. Flame or polished edges can be applied if required to acrylics thicker than 2mm and up to 50mm thick. Both of these materials can be Screen or Digitally printed.

Dibond is a flat sheet material that is similar to Aluminium its polyester stove-enamelled lacquered face makes it the ideal choice for external applications and direct Digital Printing. Not only is this material highly durable and scratch resistant but it also withholds its finish quality, never fading or dulling or warping under environmental conditions, this enables us to print direct to the sheet, making it very cost effective.
Dibond is supplied as white on both sides (matt/gloss), in metallic, brushed stainless steel, mirror and silver anodised and silver stucco finishes as well as dark and light wood grain finishes too. We provide all sizes, sheets and thicknesses.
