Here at Bex Design we produce labels and signs for point of purchase advertising, industrial equipment, and consumer products. Bex Design print large signage and labels on pressure sensitive vinyl, static cling vinyl, acrylic, polycarbonate, styrene, PETG, expanded PVC, polyester scuff resistant, polypropylene, coated paper board, aluminium and stainless steel, to name just a few. Heavy plastics or Metal printing require digital or screen printing, with the capability to die-cut (digitally or with tools) all of these materials in practically any thickness, we can turnaround your orders quickly and efficiently. Depending on the application labels can be made from a variety of materials ranging from a basic paper to sophisticated Medias. Adhesives can vary in strength depending on the application and can include freezer proof and tamper-evident features.

Phosphorescent inks have the ability to hold a charge, which gives printed pieces more vibrancy by combining transmisive light with reflective light for glow-in-the-dark appearance.

Scratch-off inks overprint and hide underlying images with a temporary coating that can be easily removed with a fingernail, typically for use with lottery tickets and secure pin numbers. For example Lottery tickets, newspaper or magazine inserts, and secure pin numbers.

Backlit Panels for use with vending machinery and corporate signage, and exterior/ outdoor displays, quantities can be from a one to thousands. Bex Design can produce Speciality Point of Purchase items from heavy plastic and metal materials and etch images on virtually any plastic or metal material.

Banners are perfect for a variety of advertising and promotion, either indoors or out. They combine visibility with strength and outstanding value for money. Printing on a wide range of banner substrates including PVC of various weights, mesh and canvas, with light fast and UV curing inks, our outdoor prints will not fade even when exposed to direct sunlight. We print banners of any size, in any medium, for any environment.

Window Graphics are vinyl graphic formats printed on full colour window film or self adhesive vinyl. Available either in self-adhesive (for permanent or semi-permanent use) or self cling vinyl without adhesive (for peel and re-use), we can produce them printed on either or both sides.

Floor Graphics produce an impressive impact and presence, our floor graphics can be supplied for you to apply, or alternatively we can quote for fixing directly at your site. We print in full colour on to removable vinyl or UV Media with laminate.

PVC Foam Board, Foam Sheet and Foam Panels have an outstanding waterproof capabilities, fire resistance and bear acid and alkalis well if exposed. Foam Board is widely used with silk-screen printing for decorative applications both indoor and outdoor often in advertising installations.

Labels printed by Screen, Digital, Litho are available in a wide range of bespoke designs, stickers, adhesive based graphics and single colour vinyl stickers through to full colour graphics are also produced on specialist materials.

Screen Printed Labels are ideally suited to medium and high volume production. Labels are supplied individually or in a multi sheet. Screen Printed labels are exceptionally versatile and can be printed on an assortment of materials including board, plastics and vinyl. These labels have outstanding durability and are ideal for fascia applications where the label needs to last for many years.

Colour Matched Labels Using our state-of-the-art pantone matching system, Bex Design will meet exacting colour requirements. This is essential for branding purposes where a label has a company logo or graphic and needs to match corporate colours elsewhere on corporate materials. Using the four process colours, Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y) and Black (K), enables us to use a wide colour gamut, for labels with photo quality images or complex graphics.

Industrial Labels including warning, instruction, equipment, electrical, and rating plate labels, can be supplied in a broad range of materials including Self Adhesive Vinyl, Polyester, PVC and Polycarbonate.

Vinyl Labels or stickers are popular and cost effective choice for general signage and product information labelling. The vinyl can be cut to any shape or size and can easily be laminated or domed to enhance its appearance.

Waterproof Labels are ideal for use outdoor or in harsh and damp environments. They can be surface or subsurface printed on a variety of substrates such as PVC, polycarbonate and vinyl. These labels are highly durable and are commonly used on outdoor machinery and equipment.

Window Labels are specifically designed to be applied to glass, they are mostly used in cars and shop windows for advertising purposes. We offer a self-cling adhesive for short-term projects, or stronger adhesives for more permanent solutions. Just like our vinyl labels these can be printed in any colour and cut to any format or shape.

Transparent Labels are used to create floating stylised appearance. These labels are often used as instructions and ingredients on everyday items, such as cosmetic bottles or on consumable packaging. Transparent Labels can be printed on vinyl, polypropylene and polyester. These labels are available for use with different strength adhesives, such as removable, permanent and extra permanent.

Domed Labels create an eye catching 3D effect using a polyurethane resin, creating tactile aesthetics, whilst providing protection from the elements. These labels are perfect for electronic equipment and vehicles.

Polyester Labels are used in many applications from asset labels to product identification and are normally produced on gloss white or matt silver, with a permanent acrylic adhesive. These labels have an excellent temperature, chemical and humidity resistance.

Polypropylene Labels are tear proof, waterproof, durable and moisture resistant. Polypropylene labels are often used for retail tags and applications in high impact/ abrasion areas these labels are found across a wide range of industries and products.

Polyethylene Labels are highly durable they are ideal for packaging because they have a greater tear resistance than paper and are ideally suited to curved surfaces. Polyethylene labels are commonly used in the pharmaceutical, consumable manufacturing and global distribution industries.
