Our core services are screen and digital Printing, Electronic Membrane Manufacture, we also undertake Digital Cutting. Many print companies offer these services singularly or as part of a comprehensive range of services. However we believe our services have a perfect balance of competencies, with each one complementing the other.

This balance and our commitment, ensures we will always offer the ultimate in customer service and product range. Helping us maintain the extremely high standards we set ourselves, our well-managed studio is fully equipped with cutting edge technology.

Commissions and files entering the studio can be accepted via Internet formats, on disk or from hard copy drawings. We accept any file format for either Mac or PC, our studio works to accommodate and supply precisely what is needed, whether it's an image, a design solution or a working prototype.

Screen Printing has a long history of producing results that no other print process can match, either in terms of colour intensity or variety of suitable substrates. Almost any material or object can be screen printed, from nameplates to posters and from gift items to control panels. We supply the design and prototyping of overlays for electronic membrane products.

We run an advanced computerised colour matching system. This will achieve matches to corporate and custom colours whilst we can also match colours through all the international colour matching systems including; Pantone, Metallic, Ral or Ncs references.

We have no minimum or maximum limits to print runs with our silkscreen facility. However where necessary we offer our experience to advise on alternative processes depending on application, budget and general requirements of a particular project. All the Membrane Keypads we produce are manufactured to our client's own specific design requirements and customized to the environment in which they will be used. Our Membrane Graphical Overlays are sub-surface printed onto the finest industry approved materials. We also take advantage of the highest specification materials and adhesives in the industry today, suitable for fixing to a wide range of surfaces in any environment. We also provide a variety of surface finishes, textured (selective or full), gloss, fine and velvet.

Our keypads are available with wide choice of switches such as Flat non-tactile, Polyester or metal dome (to produce a tactile feedback), Rim or pillow embossing, Slip-in inserts along with integral surface mount LED's, which can also be incorporated into the design to provide versatility. Alternative design criteria can be hidden tilt-lit and coloured filter windows and RF shielding.

We support the commission throughout each project, we also use our technical experience to advise and guide our clients to ensure that the best possible product is achieved. At Bex Design our roll and flatbed digital printers offer simultaneous white and CMYK printing at High quality resolution up to 1440 dpi. Our flatbed digital printer can handle boards up to 50mm thick and up to 200kg.

Our Cold cure digital flatbed is a next-generation system with a print area of 3.1M x 1.6M, with higher quality and thanks to the use of LED UV lamps, the ability to handle an expanded range of substrates with lower running costs and shorter set up times.

Our roll option can print 1380mm wide by continuous length; other benefits are sequential numbering, light cyan and magenta inks giving a wider colour gamut for flesh tones and hard to match pantone references.
